When Fortress Financial came to us with the goal of modernizing their online presence, we knew we had to deliver a website that not only looked great but also generated leads and served their customers in a more meaningful way.
Our first step was to focus on modernizing the website’s design and applying responsive design principles to ensure that the site looked and functioned flawlessly on any device. We also tied in more content to provide visitors with a more comprehensive understanding of Fortress Financial’s services and expertise.
But we didn’t stop there. We also created more appealing lead generation opportunities, such as clickable and trackable phone numbers that make it easy for potential customers to get in touch with Fortress Financial. By tracking phone calls, we were able to gain valuable insights into how visitors were engaging with the website and optimize the user experience accordingly.
To further optimize the website’s performance, we redesigned the site’s calls-to-action (CTAs) to be more visually appealing and stand out. We also created a number of form CTAs that help to qualify leads and provide Fortress Financial with the information they need to better serve their customers.
One of our favorite additions to the site was a pop-up that appeared towards the bottom of a page, capturing the attention of engaged visitors without being too intrusive to the overall website experience.
